I believe it is.
And if it looks like in the concept art, (which i doubt a bit) it would look really good.

Yea but after knowing how well valve counts to 3 and after so many years we get only concept art I feel like I'm gonna play it when I hit 50 years or so.

I don't think this is legit concept art. The same figure in a jacket has the exact same pose and size in every picture, with the exception of it being mirrored in one or two of them. It looks like photoshop to me :S
Still, if this is indeed real, then hell yeah, at least we get somne news.

Sg1221, well concept art is really just art made by fans and those who think waht it would turn out to look like, just like the iPhone 5 for example.
I honestly think and hope that Half-life 3 will be announced by Valve soon, hopefully this year haha
